Delivery Costs

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is free on all orders placed through our UK shop.

Order Process

• Orders placed through our UK shop are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
• We usually process orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed after they arrive in stock.
• Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the available tracking information.
• If you require assistance with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sp-connect.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, we may no longer be able to make changes to it.
• Please review your delivery details carefully and ensure that you have entered the correct and complete address.
• We cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.
• If an order is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect or incomplete, we will refund the returned products. Any delivery or return costs incurred may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
• Important: Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the parcel. This does not necessarily need to be your home address.
• We will contact you by email if there are any known issues or delays with your order. Please ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct and accessible.

*Delivery times do not include order processing time. Orders are usually dispatched within one business day after they have been placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays, adverse weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
• Where tracking is available, the email will include a tracking link that allows you to follow the progress of your delivery.
• Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after the parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail.
• If your tracking information has not updated or your parcel appears to be delayed, please allow additional time before contacting our support team.

• All prices displayed in the UK shop include UK VAT where applicable.
  
• Delivery is only available to eligible UK addresses accepted during checkout.
• We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date unless a specific guaranteed delivery service is offered and selected during checkout.
• During promotional periods, product launches and public holidays, processing and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
• Following your order placement, all relevant order and delivery information will be sent to the email address entered during checkout.
