Phone Case - Samsung

I bought a bike with an sp-connect mount, so my first purchase was a compatible phone-case for my Galaxy S23 Ultra. I've no complaints about it, it is pleasant in the hand with soft round edges, my Google Pay payments work with it on, and it seems sturdy enough that I wouldn't worry if I dropped it. All in all a decent case for the money, and it mounts nicely on my bike too!

The mounting clip seized solid no amount of trying to turn it would make it budge, I ended up having to use a pair a pliers on it but it inevitably broke the mount, had to buy a new one, wouldnt be so bad but at almost £40 for a phone case I wont be buying one of these again.

Arrived as promised well packed and fits the phone. Seems to fit the attachment on the bike but haven't tried it in anger yet. Little disappointing the amount of protection as regards the phone, but I'll have to just be careful

Excellent case provides around safety from water damage and should you drop your phone.

Excellent product, well made and would recommend to anyone who's looking for a phone mount for there scooter or motorbike.

I am very disappointed with this case. The button placement on the shell does not align with the actual buttons on the phone. They are noticeably misaligned, making it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to press them.
The worst part is the power button; it is so far off that I can barely lock or unlock my phone. A phone case should provide convenience, but this one just makes basic tasks frustrating. I would not recommend this product due to these manufacturing defects

As a long term user of SP Connect I wasn't aware the mounting had changed to the + type, unfortunately the adapter to make the new phone case work with the older system is rather clunky and stiff in use and as I use it in three applications I'm not prepared to spend out another £40 to convert my other mounts.

Fits nicely but only the absolute slimmest usb plugs will fit due to the case vs the thinness of the phone.

Great case but the screen protector for the Xtreme case is very poor. My other half ended up cutting the plastic film out as it doesn't work with the touchscreen. The case itself though is great.

I have a collection of sp phone cases and as for design durability functions and all is brilliant. However the recent change in mounting mech. deem all previously purchased accessories useless. Forcing ppl to re purchase to suit their setup. Grate business plan SP. 👏

A great case that feels good and fits excellently on the phone

Great phone cover, great quality, but a bit pricey.
This is my second phone that I have bought an SP cover for because the first was very good.

What I did not realise when buying it is that SP have changed the design for the lock!!
They sent 1 adaptor with the new cover, so I can use one holder in one of my cars, now I face a dilemma...
Do I buy more adaptors for our other cars and bikes?
problem being my wife still has the old sized lock in her phone cover.

Or, do I change to a new method of holding my phone/camera... and wait until my wife has to change her phone and cover. then look again at alternative methods that will not leave us more out of pocket.

Was really disappointed tbh with this decision, as otherwise I like the case, but now it is only useful in one vehicle.

Also I cannot find replacement adaptors on the website? only new full mounts!

my next case will not be

Changing attachment design on mobile covers so newer one is not compatible with my older version of wireless charger is just not on! The plastic adapter is incompatible to be able to charge phone with it.
Very disappointed, time to move to the competition.

I have so far only been able to attach it once but ever since I've had trouble aligning them: any tips?

very expensive product,and with the change of connector leaving the old products such as the wireless charger now pretty much useless requiring the end user to repurchase

This fits my bike (Cannondale Quick 2) perfectly & I'm very happy with it.

I have been using SP products for a number of years and when I bought a Samsung S25 Ultra had no hesitation in ordering an SP case to suit. Not only do I use this to enable mounting on my road bike and bikes I hire when going abroad I use it all the time instead of conventional cases since it is more robust. I have always found the handlebar mounting bracket does the job when riding hire bikes.

Took them almost 2 months after the s25 ultra was released to get a cover out, poor show, but the cover is as expected and fits well.

Really good product when used as part of the SP family of products

Very happy with the case.
Magnetic and lock on. Secure, firm and hard/tough
The waterproof cover is hard to put on but I guess it helps protect it.
