Habe mit obiger Lieferung das bestellte Case erhalten.
Jetzt habe ich das Problem, dass es nicht auf die Halterung passt😩.
Habt ihr ein neues Zwischenstück mit dem neuen Typ. Und könnt ihr mir das bitte an die selbe Adresse senden.

Dont buy!
There is no slit for the speaker ear piece so when receiving calls you can barely hear call. Had to make my own slit with a Stanley knife
Shocking design flaw!!!!

I bought the SP Connect XTREME Mount for Apple so I could attach my phone to my mountain bike with the SP Connect Stem Mount Pro while riding. I love the case it's very durable but the mounting point is it's weakness and should be re-engineered. The mounting point loosened up and would no longer securely hold the phone and eventually failed/broke completely after only 3 months of use. I filed a warranty claim with SP and they gratuitously sent me a free replacement. If you're a hard core mountain biker looking for a case to mount to your bike, look elsewhere unless you like buying a new case every year.

Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Bereits nach der fünften Fahrt hat sich die Verriegelung beim Einsetzen meiner SP Connect-Hülle verkantet und verdreht. Dadurch ist Kunststoff aus der Aufnahme herausgebrochen. Seitdem lässt sich die Hülle nicht mehr verwenden, da sich der Mechanismus nicht mehr drehen lässt. Das Produkt wurde ausschließlich bestimmungsgemäß verwendet und nie mit Gewalt belastet. Für ein Fahrradhalterungssystem, das regelmäßig genutzt werden soll, ist eine derart geringe Haltbarkeit inakzeptabel. Ich hatte deutlich mehr Qualität erwartet und kann das Produkt daher leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Great customer support. Not amazing build quality though: the power button fell off and the new thinner design doesn’t work well with the key to rotate the locking mechanism when it’s not removed perfectly perpendicular to the lock. The key doesn’t fit the locking point at the back when it’s rotated incorrectly, damaging the central plastic if you try to unlock it with the key. I had to use long nose pliers instead when the key kept damaging the case. That said, the case is solid and seems to protect the phone well, and I like to slim profile of it. Beim ersten Cover ist gleich beim ersten versuch ein teil der Halterung verbogen. Der Kundendienst reagierte super und hat das Cover anstandslos ersetzt. Beim zweiten habe ich das gefühlt das die Qualität besser ist. Dennoch ist dies ein klarer Schwachpunkt. Hier würde ich mir für die Langlebigkeit etwas robusteres, zb Alu, wünschen. Denn wenn man das Zubehöre nicht ganz genau und ganz gerade auf die Aufnahme drückt, verbiegen die Kunstoff "Flügel". Was aber ganz klar super ist, ist das Zubehör das dazwischen gebaut werden kann wie Powerbank, Tasche usw.

Fazit: Solange die Aufnahme aus Kunstof ist, würde ich es nicht mehr kaufen. Wenn SP dies noch robuster hinbekommt, ganz klar Top.

Mon premier produit pour iPhone 11 Max Pro..! Toujours comme neuf..! Pourquoi..!? C’est une demie coque…! Et je l’ai utilisé sur ma moto, mon scooter et mon vélo..! Et c’est parfait..! En voyant un modèle récent pour un 17Pro j’ai même pas réfléchi, grosse erreur !! Ies lentilles sont tellement mal foutue que si t'a touché par hasard la lentille, oublie..! Ta prochaine photo elle seras est floutée..! Pour plus de 130.- frs les développeurs auraient mieux fait de d’utiliser une coque ( demi) comme le 11 pro..!

I am sad to say I bought the case for my iPhone and 3 mounts one for each of my bikes and every time I try to take my phone off the mount part on the case twists. Then it’s impossible to get the phone onto the mount and I’m left shoving my phone into my pocket on a long ride. I spent over $200 on a case and 3 mounts and I should have went with a Quadlock instead.

Ich habe vorher eine Hülle für ein iPhone 14 Pro gehabt mit der ich sehr zufrieden war. Da ich eine Halterung fürs Auto und fürs Fahrrad habe war diese Hülle sehr viel im Einsatz. Die neue Hülle für das iPhone 17 ist bereits nach 2 Monaten defekt. Ich möchte dies reklamieren. Da die Schweiz nur einen Vertrieb hat weiss ich nicht an wen ich mich wenden soll.

I was disappointed when I opened the package that the connector design had been changed, and my new phone would not connect to my existing SP mount. Then I discovered the included adapter; a lovely little piece of engineering, all is well. Thank you SP!

Bereits mein zweites Xtreme Case. Beim ersten habe ich die an der Front die Schutzfolie heraus geschnitten, damit ich einen höheren Rand bekomme. Anschliessend habe ich das iPhone mit einer dünnen Friendly Displayfolie versehen. Jetzt ist das Phone bei trockenem Wetter top geschützt. Bei nassem Wetter einfach in das neue Case. Das iPhone kann trotz 2 Folien bei nassem Wetter gutgenutzt werden.

The plastic anchor in the middle is very fragile and easy to brake when attaching to the mount. It requires extra caution to position phone precisely before turning. I’ve managed to damage mine on the second try.
Otherwise it’s a very nice case.

These cases are amazing. I just retired my old phone and it's almost a shame to throw the case because it's still in amazing working order. I imagine me new case will outlive my new phone, too!

I love it, I cannot wait to get bicycle mount for the summer going to save me so much hassle:)

Great case and handle bar mounting system . On , off quick and easy and no chance of accidentally coming off . I’ve delt with customer service on three occasions now and each time has been a pleasure . Good product and good people .
